Carving pumpkins!

I've decided to start a blog, at the insistence of a friend. :-P

Today Callie and I carved our pumpkins for Halloween. Well, let's get this straight. I carved the pumpkins while Callie rode her trike, and played on the swings and slide.

Callie took one look inside, and said "oh acky momma."

She tried scooping it out with a spoon a few times, but that was it.



She was very excited to see it had eyes, nose and mouth.

Where was Brooke during all the fun, you may ask. Well, she was where all good 11 month olds are while their moms are doing something messy. She was sound asleep in the crib. Yay for naps!
